    • Our On-Point program is designed for new or returning athletes to become familiar with CrossFit movements, Establish a baseline, and develop their skills prior to starting CrossFit group classes.
    • These sessions are provided 1:1 so that you and your coach can focus on your specific needs, however we know that everyone likes to bring a friend a long, so if you would like to do On-Point with someone else that is great too.
