At Pivot Point, we emphasize a supportive community, measuring progress, and celebrating success all of which starts with a supportive coach to athlete relationship. We believe our commitment to these values has helped us create a world-class environment for our athletes.

To support these values, we chose the SugarWOD workout app. It’s a fun, social way to track your WODs and from day one you get to enjoy the unique community at Roots. Using it is totally optional (you can keep your account private), but we hope on any given day we will see 100% of Pivot Point athletes who attend class are using SugarWOD!

2. Sign up for an account

Sign-up for an account (it’s free!) and select Pivot Point CrossFit as your box.

3. Start logging your WOD’s

Prepare, perform and log. SugarWOD will chart your progress and track your PRs automatically.  Share your endorphin high with comments and fist bumps.

There’s a small catch though: If you’ve been a Pivot Point CrossFit member for a while, you probably have a lot of past workout data in the old Wodify system. Unfortunately, that data isn’t going to come over to the new app automatically. We’ll all have to download our data and manually input the important entries that you don’t want to lose (Benchmark WODs, Hero WODs, 1RM’s, etc.). Luckily, getting that data isn’t hard to do.  You can log all of your PR’s and benchmark WOD’s in SugarWod very easily
